Welcome to the Mended Hearts Chapter 216 website.

Mended Hearts is a national nonprofit organization offering the gift of hope to heart patients, their families and caregivers for more than 60 years.  Chapter 216 has been serving south Orange County since 1989.  We have an active chapter that conducts monthly meetings related to current topics of interest for heart patients, publishes the “Ticker Talker,” a monthly newsletter, and our trained visitors meet with patients and their families in local hospitals.  Browse our site to become familiar with the various services and opportunties to serve we provide.
